One of these is quite possibly next on the gas-list, not gonna lie! Very nice bass, bro!

That was my feeling exactly when I got my $$. (All of that except I didn't have a Ric to trade for mine!)

It's now my only bass and there's no way I'm ever selling/trading it!

I think it s a 2007 model, judging by the Warwick serial number lookup on their website.

There was also an EXTREMELY nice old pre-gibson Tobias fretless 4 string for a similar price. but its neck was really up-bowed and was buzzing out on all 4 strings up to the 5th fret.

Could it be fixed? Probably, but I'm not risking 2k on that!... well, maybe, but the neck was super thin, I like the chunky Wick neck! Plus frets are nice to have :hyper:

I like the chunky neck as well. I had a curbow before, and although it was way way lighter, it felt too flimsy. And the action on this Warwick is divine!
Mine's BO, but yours looks NT, is that right?

2k is a big risk if you're not sure it could be fixed. Sounds like a great bass, but basses are like women... they may look amazing, but if they got too many issues stay away ;)

yeah it was an incredible bass once u got past that 5th fret hump, but literally like Ibanez-guitar thin-neck. could tell it was extremely well-made, hell, even looked new and unplayed, but the serial was indeed one of the old ones.

The Warwick is the one I left with though... and for good reason. Was head and shoulders above all the other basses there in sound, feel, and it looks cool too! Chunky neck felt much better, more full! Not a fan of thin necks.

Yeah it says NT on the truss rod cover.

Yep, got it thanks! Also read on an old post on talkbass that Howard feed-n-wax for the body and orange oil on the fretboard works wonders. i've used howard's before on an old table in the house, didn't know they work on guitar-wood too! thoughts?
