Whoa is me - gotta get rid of my immaculate Bart equipped 91 Thumb 5 N/T :bawl:

I broke my fretting hand wrist very badly in a skiing accident at the beginning of Feb. I managed to disassociate it as well as fracture the scaphoid. Basically I pulled the wrist out rotated it and forced it back into the joint. I needed an operation to both rebuild it and put in a pin. I've now got about 70% movement in the joint which is about as good as it's going to get - there was talk of fusing the wrist in position which would have been an end to my playing days.

Thankfully though I'm finally back playing after 6-7 months. I can handle my Sei fine as the neck is quite thin. The fretless Sei I'm having built will have the same profile. But I just can't manage the Wick anymore, it's just too uncomfortable now.

Not bitching at all, I'm so happy and grateful to be able to play at all. Just gutted I've got to get rid of a beautiful instrument (This isn't a sales pitch btw).

Looks like I have a small Warwick family started now. Just added a fretless Corvette to my collection. It's amazing in every way :hyper:
