It's the new EAE boost. I wasn't fast enough to snag one :(
How's it sound on bass? Simply stunning
Sounds pretty darn good— goes from adding a sharp middy edge to the Rusty’s clang when dialed tastefully & all out grit fuzz city when floored. I really dig it.
There’s a bit of low end loss but keeping the focus slider dialed back keeps that aspect in check.
I’m planning on snagging an EHX Tri-Parallel mixer soon, looking forward to trying it out (and all of my other dirt) in parallel :bassist::bassist::bassist:

Recovery Effects Sound Destruction Device MkII

Excellent pedal. Fun and cheeky, yet deadly serious. (Imagine that The Monarch is saying it: "Are you serious?" "Deadly.") Hours of fuzz and feedback introversion and extroversion for the whole family.

Outwardly the MkII design was transitional. The elements of the MkI design carried over, but the layout changed. And the knobs changed. Aargh! They were the little 1900 type. Fine for the smaller box V3 that would follow, perhaps, but all wrong for the big box (to my taste). So I found some cupcake knobs to swap on, and all was well.

Greg's stuff is pretty cool. I've had a couple of his eurorack modules and enjoyed them.

Yes, he is consistent in his focus, regardless of what trends might come or go. I have yet to play his modules, but he and I discussed one of them online once. In that exchange, Greg seemed to me a soulful, passionate, and upbeat person.

Field Effects Manifold Drive (by Resonant Electronic Design)

This is a rare and excellent pedal. I'm pretty sure that the Manifold Drive circuit is what became one channel of the Chase Bliss Link Removed pedal. In this image I added the LED luminescence.

The example I bought was otherwise complete, but had clown-size metal knobs swapped onto it. Although I didn't own knobs like the original ones, I corrected that as best I could with some old Daka-Ware pointer knobs I had.

Since the Manifold Drive takes a center positive power connection, it includes a dongle that converts to center negative.

Manifold Drive sounds beautiful with bass guitar, especially at low gain settings, where it imparts some bloom and midrange prominence and glow. "tube-like" is claimed a lot, but this pedal really does it.
