I think an autoharp tool should be fine. I have a tool that came with a lap harp that fits just right. Pedulla does sell the tool on the site as well.

Just rescued this from a local G.C.
It is a 2006 Thunderbuzz - Cocobola with Lined FB, Polyester FB finish.
Very nice.
Anyone have history with the longevity of these finishes? This one looks clean as a whistle, minor swirls, shiny like a mirror.
Now I have to sell things!!!

Here's a little tid bit I just got from Michael and Christine. My ThunderBolt 6 was missing the Truss Rod Cover so I had them make me a rosewood one to match the fingerboard because of matching the teal tint and also the birds eye maple. I was going to get a natural Birdseye maple but I decided on the rosewood.

Guys, I need some guidance on what a 10 year old MVP 5 would go for, if in say, 9 of 10 condition with hard case. I know there is marklet fluictuation, so ballpark. I just don't want to wildly overpay.

Did you bid on the MVP5? That thing has incredible grain. I'm sending my PentaBuzz off next week for a refinish to Midnight Arctic. Can't wait.

A couple of my Pentabuzz:
It's an incredible bass, but I haven't ever really warmed up to the low-B; I'm going to try stringing it E-A-D-G-C next week, and see how that feels.
I was just considering this last week...I'm thinking it'll be a good move because the fretless sound just seems to lend itself to more melodic playing IMHO...

I ordered a single .030-gauge string for the high-C yesterday; it should be here by Tuesday.
The Rapture is a very underrated bass, and a steal if you pick up one used! The only reason I sold my Raptures (J/J and P/J) is because of the wide string spacing... I kept my SB Rapture, but I'm doing some wicked experimenting on it
I routed it to add two Delano JMVC's, removed the single Bart soap and replaced it with a Delano SBC, and topped it off with an Aguilar OBP-3... its getting refinished in black as we speak (used to be candy purple - not my thing). The last thing I want to do is add a custom pickguard...
