I don't understand how the 'one touch' roll down/up windows are a convenience... instead of having to hold the button down for all of 5secs, you have to try to stop it where you want it (which never happens) by hitting the reverse. On some cars, the reverse just makes it want to go all the way up, so you end up toggling back and forth instead of just holding it down to where you want it.

What kind of lazy arse thought this feature was a good idea? Somebody who couldn't get the window down fast enough while simultaneously counting his change at the drive thru windows??

My Chrysler has two different pressures for the window button, if you push lightly it goes down until you let go, if you push firmly it goes down all the way.

Yeah well, maybe they're made form canned salmon, which as a matter of course is little better than cat food.

Kinda feel that canned tuna = cat food, as well. But I suspect it is bad form to scream about such things in OT, seeing as tuna is an integral component in TB's beloved TNC.

Both of my vehicles have these nifty crank handles to make the windows move up or down. I can stop any window exactly where I want it.

Both of my vehicles have these nifty crank handles to make the windows move up or down. I can stop any window exactly where I want it.

You should have listened to Dad on a few other things. Everyone knows you use Vice Grip pliers for window cranks, not Channel Locks.

I suspect each agony is added to my karmic bill, which comes at an extremely high interest rate, to boot.

Ahh, i assume that feature differential wears out by the time i get them at over 100k. Just picked this up yesterday for $2,200 >

The gal was not included ... she's a recent add on that costs a bit more monthly but her motor purrs clean, & damn she can cook!

It's subtle, you have to look for it; took me two months and a perusal of the owners manual to learn how to use it.
