I just finished pulling a wart off my thumb and using a pencil sharpener blade to remove the rest. Lots of blood, 10/10 would do surgery on self with non-sterile blade again.

You ought to cauterize the excision site with a soldering iron, and don't forget to tin the tip first. None of that lead-free crap, either.
