I hate that word too but shouldn't a stay/vacation at least be relaxing?.....

I had a super fun awkward evening at a fundraiser. I got there early and sat at a table by myself, near the desserts. I thought that was a smart move. However, I was soon joined by a former boss who had fired me, and a former boss who should have fired me, but instead I quit without notice. Oh, and their wives and children. Thanks, small world.
Look on the bright side; at least you current boss wasn't at the same table.
Did you dance with the former bosses wives?.....That is a great idea. I should have invited him.
Not with my bum leg. Maybe next time. There wasn't even dancing at this event. I have to blame the DJ for that. The music was ... bland.
The low country boil was full of shrimp (and no crawfish, thank goodness). I brought home a giant bag of boil-ings.

Stuck at a drummer's place? It doesn't get any worse than that. Most vans can barely fit nine people.
