They ought to put up a warning barrier of some sort.

Yeah, so are barges. Lose a couple o dozen, pretty soon your looking at wall money.Barriers are expensive. It's not like you can make Mexico pay for one.

When I was a kid we used to skate down to this coffee shop every day to hang out where they had AA meetings next door. It didn't take me long to realize there were a LOT of smokers there. They must have had meetings all day because they would come out every hour and smoke. They threw away their empty packs and at the time, there was this thing called Marlboro Miles, where you had to rip the side off the pack toward merchandise.
I collect about 20K over a year there. I got a KILLER jacket, duffel bag, radio, and more. I still have the jacket and love it.
