RE: Destruction of Light Fixture

Sir:

While your recent display of atmospheric pyrotechnics above our home was most impressive, we would appreciate it if you would limit your electrostatic discharges to the exterior surroundings of the house. The light fixture you blew out was relatively new, and had an excellent track record as a reliable, energy-efficient performer of its duties. So far as I am aware, neither it, nor any member of this household, had done anything whatsoever to provoke you, much less warrant such an intrusion.

We are aware, of course, that you could have done a great deal more damage to this structure, and as such, we do appreciate your restraint. However, it is still very annoying to have to replace a fixture on a "popcorn" textured ceiling, and we would prefer not to have to do so again in the near future.

Thank you for your attention in this matter.

Sincerely,
Winslow

RE: Durability Deficiencies

Sir(s):

There are no adequate terms in the English language to express the contempt with which I regard your products and application methodology. It is apparently impossible to perform any sort of repair or installation work on or around a surface treated with your products that does not result in a prodigious cascade of granules and dust upon the unlucky soul tasked with doing such work. So insidious are your materials, they defy even basic precautions such as safety-rated eyewear, allowing themselves to be blown to and fro with even the slightest of air currents, virtually guaranteeing their intrusion into the eyes and/or other facial features.

If you insist upon continuing in your present course of ceiling texturing, please develop a stronger, more durable grade of adhesive, or perhaps, at least a better-tasting set of ingredients. Failing either of those recommendations, I am left with no alternative but to invite you to vigorously fornicate yourself with a generous handful of your own product.

Sincerely,
Winslow
