I have a piece of red here but its just a hair too small to make a Fish pickguard.

I have to order pearloid for a few other projects, I'll pick a color when it arrives. I was also thinking aluminum diamond plate and having it anodized black or maybe even some wild color like red blue or a combination splatter.

That's 4Mals... and so is the white JJ with Black pickups I believe. Picture is from our GTG in the spring.

That's correct, although 4mal has since sold the white JJ. The Orange PJ is his undisputed #1 bass, and inspires the worst form of bass envy deep within my soul.

Knife, while I'm normally a fan of your diamond plate PGs, I think a white pearloid PG on that 'fish would be my first choice. BTW, did you ever get some more of those switch covers ("Rock/Roll") made?

I've been really bogged down with overdue knife orders. I will make more switch and jack thingies, hopefully in time for the holidays. Titanium has been going WAY up in price and availablity
