The Reverend Club (part 8)

Anyone notice the Lava Swirl Rumblefish PJ on EBay yesterday. I put $500 on it and someone hit the BIN for $1200. A couple of hours later... It was a beauty for sure!

Yeah, was watching that one. With a BIN of $1200 I figured the reserve was prolly at least a grand.

I didn't think it would sell at all, the way the economy seems to be.

Still, someone grabbed it for the $1260 shipped. Just goes to show the draw power of the Rumblefish. Happy to see it!

There were only about 1000 USA Models of all platforms and colors

33 of those had a Lava Swirl Finish

9 Brad Housers
6 5 Strings
6 RPJs
6 Rumblefish
6 XLs

In the 7 years-ish that I have been collecting/following/Tracking, I have only seen 3 5 strings (1 of em a Houser) and 5 4 Stings (2 Pjs, 2Rxls, and 1 Rum) come up for sale.

So that means that, maybe, once a year, a Lava Swirl Bass will come up for sale.....

Greetings from the North,

Uhmmm...

Nope I only have 2. It's actually the Gold one. For some reason it reflects white under certain conditions. At first I thought it was just me wishing too hard because that's what I really wanted but as far as I know Joe didn't make any BH5's in White.

So......with a trick of light.......the Myth of the White BH5 ;)
