Yessir.
I was freakishly lucky enough to get both the hard case and the gig bag with both of mine.

Canadian case make an all black one that might work.

The stock ones are nice though.
Not super heavy duty, but stout enough for real use.
And much nicer to move than the Giant Rectangles most people use.

Thanks! I know the teardrop shaped Canadian cases. For all my bases and because of comfort and sturdiness I use the Protec Contego soft case.
It's also teardrop shaped, it has lots of extra storing space and real good shoulder straps. All that make it a very wise decision to use it, but it lacks looks big time... ;)

I also have one of those for each of my Reverends so I don't have to nick up the stock cases.
They're nice bags.

Personally, my favorite bag of all time is the older Incase made Sadowsky Portabag, followed by the current issue Access made Sadowsky Portabag.

Didn't know these. They look surprisingly similar to he Protec cases. I think the Protec's shoulder strap construction is really good.
Especially with the connection strap between the two. It keeps the case very good in place when on your bike.
Which is very important over here in the Netherlands. ;)

My problem with the ProTec is how low the upper attachment for the shoulder straps is.
This means the headstock is over my head, and can hit doorways.
The Sadowsky shoulder straps buckle on, and have two choices, about where the ProTec is, and, all the way at the top.

That's what I use, and it keeps the headstock portion from being taller than me.

For biking, the lower point is probably better

Ah, you see to me that is not an issue, for I am a small guy (1,72 m.) Never had an encounter with a doorpost with the Protec :smug: Sometimes being kinda short has its advantages...

Wow! That is sweet! Reminds me of the Rumblefish. Do they do hollow anymore ?

I use the Contego bags as well. Have a Rumblefish PJ, with TIJF's sitting in a Contego in the coat closet at work today. House rhythm section for an open mic tonight. Come on downbeat!

I have a Decision bass that I love, but when I blend the pickups 50/50 I notice a sharp decrease in volume... I'm wondering why this is the case... Sorry if this is a dumb question...
