Hey all, sorry to butt in, but could someone tell me the nut width on the Rumblefish 4? I would very much appreciate it. Thank you.

1.5" nut width on Rumblefish 4s!

There are two different neck profiles, I've owned one of each (still have one of them). Skunk stripe is a bit thinner overall than the non-skunk neck with aluminum reinforcement channel. I believe both are 1.5" at the nut, but I measured the skunk stripe version just now.

Would you say the presicion pickup is in the normal spot or closer to the bridge? It's hard to tell from pictures.

It's slighty more to the bridge and sounds fantastic. Deep thunder, the jazz bomb smooths it out a bit and sounds great blended. The jazz bomb by itself doesn't have the punch of the P but has a smooth character that I'll need to dig into. Both sound great with the tone rolled off as well, lots and lots of tones to be had.
The neck, wow, what an easy player. No sharp frets, smooth, the binding looks like a million bucks. For a demo model it's practically brand new. Case is super sharp looking. I'll change the strings at some point, they're ok sounding but I don't care for the feel.
Flats would make this the best Blues/Rock/Americana machine. I'll do some basic demos this weekend after my dad finishes his visit.

I have to say after playing my Mercalli live a couple times now I'm in Love. I'm actually wanting to buy a black one. I have tried so many basses but nothing has spoken to me like this Reverend. My wife and daughter both told me not to sell this bass ever. My band mates even told me that this bass is very punchy and sings every note clearly.

Look at how dark roasted the neck is. Very beautiful.

Always kept an eye on Reverend since their original incranation. Am a big Watt fan, but think I'll go for a Thundergun 4-string next time one comes up at a decent price. If anyone seens one around the Internet, please let me know. Might be as happy with a Mercalli 4.

Anyone know ... if ordering one new, will they forgo the handwriting on back of headstock if that's requested?
