I'm more of a flats guy, but I do enjoy the punch of the rounds. It's not to say I wouldn't put some cobalts or rotosounds on it sometime soon. I need to play it live again before I change themI currently only have rounds on my 5 string. I thought the rounds sounded fine on the Houser, but the flats really get the time I want out of it.
I see the Mercalli 4 in metallic copper fire seems to have dropped off the Rev site...glad I got mine before this happened!
