I love roundwounds on it. The punch is fanatastic. I have flats on my Jack Cassidy so this can wear rounds of some sort

I currently only have rounds on my 5 string. I thought the rounds sounded fine on the Houser, but the flats really get the time I want out of it.

I'm more of a flats guy, but I do enjoy the punch of the rounds. It's not to say I wouldn't put some cobalts or rotosounds on it sometime soon. I need to play it live again before I change them

I saw that too! I hope they put a couple more burst/trans/flame maple options back in for the 4 string models.

Hello Reverend disciples,
This is most likely old hat, like me, but just in case, I just used magic eraser on the sides of my Rumblefish and it did a great job of decreasing the amount of yellow on the sides. I received this tip directly from Reverend so I knew that it would not hurt my Fish. It is a Blood Red J/J XL model from 2000 with a rosewood fretboard. I have been looking for just the right Rumblefish for several years now, I also own a Decision and a Thundergun for several years now. I sincerely hope that I didn't waste anyone's time.
