I have absolutely no idea what the switch does. It could take the tone circuit out, like an Esquire switch does. It could also be series/parallel/phase. If it is indeed the P-Blade found in the Watt, then it's a ceramic 12k monster. I've never played a louder pickup, on guitar or bass, than the P-Blade. Either one of those options could help tame it.

Yeah I’ve got the p blades in my fat fish and I really like it. I’m definitely interested in the sentinel but I’m wondering what sets it apart from the wattplower. My first thought for the switch was different tone capacitors or something.

I like it! Combine that with a fine co trim and you got yourself some options.

I'm intrigued by the Sentinel and its top of my wishlist. I imagine the Wattplower 2 would just be too much for my needs but it does look like an absolute monster.

It sounds great, saw him back in October with it. Many sounds and all stellar.

I played a sentinel on Saturday at my local shop (Tone Shop Guitars, in Dallas) and it was a fantastic precision bass. If I didn’t have a bass to cover those tones already I’d be seriously considering one. The switch gives you 3 pretty distinct flavors though I kept it on the brightest setting for the most part. The feel of the bass was slinkier than some of the other short scales but it sounded huge with great definition.

Confirmed Rev fanatic. Have a Buckshot in my guitarsenal, it’s my #1. Been a string slinger all my life with a renewed devotion to bass here for 2020. Rocking a new MIM Player P now, but I WILL be back to join the club someday with a Wattplowed

I think there are a couple of new colours for the Decision P and Thundergun but they haven't been uploaded to the Reverend site. You can just about make them out from Ken's thumbnail picture he posted this morning. Exciting times.
