This has always been my Style. Dig in like crazy. My Fingers are so Calused that I have the opposite problem. A pick is way softer sounding than My fingers. But.........lately I've been listening to the TB Pro's. Playing softer and been letting the Amp do more of the work. It's a very hard transition for me. I have been also experimenting with my Zoom B3 and a "Lighter" touch. IMO, In the end you have to come up with "your" tone.

Having owned both the current hogain bridge pickup and a few reissue horseshoe pickups, I am of the opinion they sound pretty close to the same. Low output they have not. Very hot pups.Wow, sexual snowglo's. I real rick noob question but how does the toaster and horseshoe compare to the hi gains? I understand the horseshoe used to/does cop flack for being weak sounding?
