Voyager is my favorite, and the only series that I've watched every episode. Captain Janeway, The Doctor, and 7 of 9 are my three favorite characters in the entire Star Trek "universe".
I enjoy the original series and TNG, I've never been able to really get into DS9.
I don't know if I've ever seen Enterprise...

Only ever watched The Next Generation and Voyager. Original was cringe worthy for me as a kid. Deep Space Nine did nothing for me though tried to get into it. That’s the last bit of series I’ve seen. I’ve watched all of the movies with TNG cast and all the newer ones.
Terrible episode, but that's from the mostly below par season 3.

Just watched this last night....The actress who played Elaan was very captivating and powerfully played the role....I wanted Kirk and her to last. I think I got a crush on her!
However I cannot escape the outrage I feel after witnessing Kirk striking her.
I know I saw a lot of that behaviour / violence against women in shows and movies growing up. 60s and 70s
After decades of a culture of Non Tolerence for any violence against women.....It is a jarring reminder of what some thought acceptable in past generations
Not a big fan of the Cloudminders, some odd plot holes and out of character moments for Spock.
Requiem for Methuselah had some “wow, that’s convenient” moments
But they’re watchable, and better than a lot of what you see on TV.
All Our Yesterdays is probably my favourite season three episode, and a very good one overall.
