The More is actually a great companion to the Finally. It will bring in more low end and round off some treble. I tested this combo yesterday and it tracked very well with my PJ. Gave that really sweet and warm sound.

Speaking of tube rolling, I started just for fun and the experience but one I rolled started me down a rabbit hole. I read the Sovtek 12AX7WB had a dark sound, so I gave it a shot in my Underground Accelerator. Started it up and it barely made any sound, so I figured it might need more voltage. Fed it 12V and it started working fine. And for those wondering, the Sovtek 12AX7WB sounds amazing for a fat overdrive/distortion in the UA!

But that lead me to test bumping the voltage on my Finally and Nobelium, and found something interesting. Giving those 12V seems to enhance the sound, as in everything is more clear and present. To my ears running the stock 9V is like having a cab sim on, and 12V the cab sim is off. This has been the same for all the tube varieties I've tried, with the Sovtek the only one that required 12V to operate properly. @Sushi Box FX can you give some details on what's happening with 9V vs. 12V, and if there's anything to look out for regarding tube voltage?

The high voltage generated inside all of my pedals is regulated, which means it measures its own voltage and adjusts it as necessary to keep it at the value it's designed to be at, and that value is independent of input. So anywhere from about 6V to 18V would give you the same high voltage to the tube plates. The only other thing seeing that voltage is the tube heater. Per the datasheet the heater needs 12.6V when running it in series like I do, and it's common to run it at 12V since we can get that on our boards pretty easily these days, but there have been loads of historical precedence for running a heater at 9V instead. There is no audible difference (to me at least, I've met a few people that swear they hear it), but it runs the heater a little cooler which means less current draw and at least a small increase in lifespan of the tube.

I just finished up the last of the WBIM Finally preorder builds, now I have a couple repairs that have been waiting for me for a few days, then after that we get to see how fast I can built Neptuniums. The answer is of course probably faster than you think but not as fast as I would like, which should land us around early July.

Also as I was finishing up the last Finally builds I realized my Neptunium build doesn't have the Unagi Magnetics sticker, I am planning to stick those on.

The tube has exactly the same amount of room as Finally. You can get in there no problem if you have little fingers like me, but as noted above removing the input jack will open up space and make it easier.

The HPF has the same spec as the Noble and Nobelium, -6dB per octave below 90Hz. Apparently it's too late for me to edit the above post to add this, but that absolutely should have been in there.

No, the passive DI switch referenced in post 20376 is only available on Venus Z as there just isn't any room for it on the smaller builds like Finally or Neptunium.

The switch on the left side is a ground lift for the XLR output.
