The Sushi Box FX Secret Society

Finally at the point where I have potentially narrowed down some options for some stock JJ tube changes in my Sushibox Finally v2 - Thinking of buying a NOS RCA 12AU7 Clear Top and a NOS GE 12AU7 Short Plate.
Any final feedback / other opinions before I buy?
By design, the AU tends to be a pretty even-tempered "neutral" tube; so the differences between various 12AU7s will be less drastic than the differences between 12AX7s (and even AX differences are more subtle than people exaggerate about).

That said, old RCA 12A_7s really are excellent in almost every audio application, so if there's not a significant price difference between the RCA and GE and they test equally strong, I'd go RCA. But if the GE is much cheaper, I'd honestly just go with the GE; the actual sound difference between those two AUs will likely be marginal.

This. For me the Neptunium makes everything sound "bigger" with more depth and heft. It also smooths out the high end and drives I run into it (or I think I perceive that anyway). I've tried multiple times to run my board without it at the end of the chain and it suddenly feels less alive and kind of dead.
That's already exactly how I'd describe my MORE, and even my Finally to be honest...
(and the Finally comes with added feature of being able to dial in a little more character and even grit too if desired)

I've certainly been wanting to try both of those. The Finally especially for the grit. I do utilize the EQ on the Neptunium so that's why I'd have to compare before I could ever justify moving the Neptunium or something. I've tried it "flat" and it loses that something that my ear likes.

The only thing harder than cropping this picture so hard it hides all the details is going to be keeping this thing a secret for 2 more months.

What did the e-mail tease?
That's the best part, there was no email ;)

I theoretically have a mailing list, and even pay a monthly fee for the ability to send out mass emails, but for some reason I don't do it.

Anyway, that's just the name of the pedal.

I'm trying to join the mailing list but it won't send the confirmation email :/ would like to see what was teased!
Something seems to be up with the mailing list signup. I'll take a look, but I may have to bother @Pedalnetics and ask him to fix it.

Unfortunately no, Per My Last Email (PMLE?) is somehow both more and less complicated than Furthermore, so I already have a production-ready build. I'm kind of kicking myself now though, PMLE was originally intended as an April Fool's day pedal, but it's honestly kind of amazing. I had a wild "I wonder if that would work" idea and it worked better than I expected.

Well this just wouldn't be the secret society if you didn't get to hear about things first. Finally v3 is now live on the website and available for sale. I have a good number of units finished and ready to go, and I have parts on hand to make more, so any backorders should be filled pretty quick.

There are a handful of people that requested they be notified via email when this is ready so I'll email them shortly, then I'll see what's going on with the mailing list tomorrow and try to remember how to send out mass emails to everyone about stuff.

I must have been asleep when the power supplies came out as an option with the pedals, is there any more information on the power supply anywhere ?
Is the power supply usable in Australia ?
Can it be bought separately ?
And the most important question for last : Will it be an option with C2CE PCB's ?
Hmmmm, maybe I blinked or something, it seems like the secret society grows several pages every day.
