I guess that’s contributing to my confusion, as I’ve seen multiple comments including yours discussing to “dedicate one (tube) to one output, or let one tube drive two outputs”, but in reply to my previous comment Sushi noted that he was “not sure what you mean by "dedicated" tube.”
I could be wrong but the line out of the Noble has a tube buffered output, these new Neptunium’s have a FET buffered out.
Ahh, okay. So in all of the pedals, it’s probably something like this:
Input > Tube gain stage > EQ > Buffer > Outputs
The difference in Neptunium vs Noble/Nobelium is what component makes up the buffer, FET vs 2nd tube.
The second tube in the Noble/Nobelium was used on only the 1/4" out, and it was after the 1/4" volume control.
In the Nobelium the first tube has a triode before the tone stack and a triode after the tone stack but before the XLR and 1/4" volume controls
Each tube has 2 triodes in the pedals giving each tube 2 stages.
I would imagine the Neptunium does not have the parts that are after the 1/4" volume pot in the Nobelium.
I don't know where the FET buffer is installed but I would guess after the second triode but before the 1/4" volume control, that way the 2 volume controls do not affect each other.
This is purely my opinion but I have never seen the pedal or the schematic for the Neptunium. (But I have built a nobelium)

Nobelium uses a second tube for the output buffer for the 1/4" output. Neptunium uses a high-voltage FET for the output buffer.
This is giving me a warm phat tone for a jazz thing going down. The trusty old Zoom B2.1u was a bit too dry going into a powered speaker, the Bass Dude has the right warm and fuzzy for a vintage vibe. YMMV. I have just enough room to add a DIm stick if needed.
What is the output impedance of the XLR out for the pedals with D.I.? Are they all about the same?
They are all about the same, should be around 600Ω or so.

I'm putting my board together atm and needed some longer screws for my More and Space Heater, popped into town to my local hardware store, took the screws to see if they had what i needed to be told in the sales assistants best somerset drawl that "they do be imperial, we don't stock those"!

I don't have a pedal board myself but I always thought you stuck Velcro strips to the board and the bottom of the pedals, that way you can easily remove them if you wanted to. (Hook and Loop tape)

I have been playing around with a new pedalboard design idea that uses replacement box screws, but is fairly easy to move the pedals around. My Neptunium pedal appears to use 6-32 machine screws. Hopefully you can get the actual answer from Nathan.
