Just ordered my first Sushi Box pedal... A Neptunium to pair with my HX Stomp. Welp... here we go!

That’s exactly what I did. Beware the NP sounded SO good that it kicked the Stomp off the board. Went back to my pedal setup. I tried the UA but since I used it with the EQ off, i decided to add in a Space Heater in the front end to drive the Mufx filter.

Nope, it would have taken too much math to try to get it exact, and even then manufacturing tolerances of the tube would affect it. I want to say it's around 10-11:00 based on rough math, but it's going to be an "actual mileage may vary" instance.


I can't do 50%, but my wife has been saying I should do more promotions and coupons, like a rotating thing where I pick a model to discount each month. Venus Z has been on for April, Grand Slampegg seems as reasonable a candidate as any for May.

October seems like the more logical month (to me) for the Grand SLampegg, because it's the month associated with MLB playoffs.

Hmm I've been really debating which Sushi tube pedal I'd like to pair with my CAPO. Greenhouse is intriguing, and then I've considered EQ off UA, or Finally V3 at the end of the chain, bonus HPF included. Decisions decisions...

On the More is unity gain at noon?

For me unity was 11:00 with the stock tubes.

Still playing with the tones, but man oh man there are a-lot of options. The gain on the space heater is over the top. Not sure what is in it yet.
Wireless> (splits underneath for wired or wireless ) tuner> Space heater> Mutron filter> Mutron phasor> Robot butterfly> NP> Berg IP.

I heard that detail in the reviewer's video about his Noble. For a frequency idiot like me, what cut off do most of you use for your HPFs? Is there a most common setting people use?

I tended to like mine around 80Hz. Seems like many tend to run 80Hz-60Hz when they have a variable HPF.

Yes, that video is what got me thinking about it. I've tried the 90Hz on a Noble and didn't really like it. Just pulled too much out for my liking. I was thinking 60Hz might be usable for me? I'd like to try it.

I just saw the note on your order, unfortunately that is not something that I am in a position to offer on Neptunium.
