Fractured Cherry is definitely one of best finishes offered by Sushi. Let us know what you think when you spend some time with it. I was running mine into some reverb yesterday and it sounded fantastic!

What's the function of the tubes in LA-1A if the compression section is solid-state?
It's still an all-tube audio path, the signal never touches a solid-state device.

Just getting familiar with it but Empress BC > LA-1A > Tube Boost thing> Neve thing > Slampegg Bee Pre X > Echosaurus > BF-2 (Flanger) just nails Pink Floyd’s One Of These Days. The Echosaurus really makes it happen.
Just goofing with the controls and got it to turn into its own instrument/sound effect machine. Felt like I was playing a Theremin for a minute.
So I had band practice tonight and we still haven't been able to find a bassist. We have a gig on the 28th and were hoping to find someone before then, but the last guy we talked to keeps flaking on practice.
Anyone here in the Chicago area want to play? The gig doesn't pay but I'll throw in a free pedal

Just do a couple sets of Sunn O)))) music. Then the latency is a feature, not a bug.
Cross posted in the classifieds. We played through our set tonight with the singer on bass to make sure it's possible so we have a backup plan, but we sound a lot better as a 4-piece than a 3-piece. Frankly it was nice to actually hear some bass, our last bassist quit like 4 months ago so we've been light on the low-end for way too long.

Tinkering with some mock builds just for fun for a brain break from work, and it looks like prices went up! Laws of Supply and Demand must be in effect, if pedals are $1600! Guess there won't be any more Sushi Box pedals for me...

Nah, it's not a typo
That's just me doing code-testing of all the new stuff, and that's part of the way to ensure no one even tries to buy anything should the shop accidentally allow it. I added a blurb to the Mock stuff to hopefully help call that out better
