What's the trim-pot for?
All of my tube circuits have that, it's to adjust the high voltage. The supply I use can go from 35V to 450V, so it's nice to not have to worry about redesigning it every time I want a new voltage. I can run a starved tube at 35V, 5672 at 90V, 6N21B at 200V, and 12AX7 at 240V all with the same circuit, just adjust the trimpot.

So, to dumb it down for folks like me,
Does adjusting the voltage have any affect on the power supply needed?
IE 9V vs 12V?

Nope, doesn't matter. What I set the high voltage for is completely independent of the input, and using a higher voltage input will not change the voltage the tubes see.

It can, depending on what you're going for. A little higher voltage can give a warmer, cleaner sound, whereas dropping the voltage can give it more distortion and a brighter sound. As I said 35V is the lowest it will go, and the way I build them 250V and above will damage some of the components, so I don't recommend adjusting it without talking to me first.

I've thought about getting rid of it and just having fixed resistor values for each voltage, but I still haven't committed to the idea. I like flexibility.
 
I took my Partical Accelerator out for a spin last Sunday morning with my Conklin Rocco Prestia bass. Loved it, I set it and forget it for the set. You can see my pedal board, the only pedal I used was the tuner and the P.A.

That reminds me. Are you going to add the LED color options to the Colors page?
No photos to add yet, but I did ask @Sushi Box FX to take some LED-on photos when he has a chance so I can.
If anyone has their pedal and wants to snap a good high-quality photo with the LED on with the tubes glowing, I'll totally start building the page. Just shoot it over to me in a PM so we don't spam the thread too much
