The Sushi Box FX Secret Society

I couldn't even find it. I saw kranahan's post right when he made it and started searching for it.
Weird, it was out there for~30min and has the right name. I have "sushi box" as one of my watched Reverb searches and it was right on my home feed Screenshot_20201122-120409_Reverb.jpg

So for anyone who's considered buying used when they're available, does the used color scheme play into your decision? Like "ooh, cheap and right now! But...I want MY custom colors, nevermind"
Color scheme doesn’t matter to me because Sushi pedals are reaching unobtainium status as they are nearly sold out for the next 6 months! The two PAs I got used were colors I didn’t care for but went for them because they were available.

I was going to change my Slampegg build to an X but am keeping it regular as it'll be closer to the real deal in sound. The 12AX7 isn't the sound I'm looking for. Kudos to Josh for being a great guy here :)

Care to elaborate? I’m undecided if I want to change mine to an X or not and could use some help being swayed one way or the other haha. I’m guessing the 12AX7 not the model tube used in the OG Ampeg heads? (Pardon my ignorance, I’ve never owned an actual B15 or SVT - just recorded with them in the studio before)

I was pretty tempted by this one, at the steal of a price.

I like custom colors, but this one was pretty sharp. Ultimately it was the Side Jacks that convinced me to hold off.

Correct. The classic B-15N pre uses a 6SL7 (as well as the B-12N, B-12X, B-12XY and B-18N). The B-25B head, Heritage B-15, B-15S, B-15R, B-15X, B-12XT, SB-12, B-18X, SVT, and V-4B use the 12AX7.

I wasn't doubting you at all
Yeah, Reverb searches and Feed Results are weird, and pretty iffy at best.

I have Reverb setup so it’s “supposed” to show anything with Iron Ether, Broughton, Sushi Box, COG and several others in the listing in my feed.

It seems to work consistently for some, and maybe 1 time out of 3 for others.

Broughton and Iron Ether are especially iffy.

I go in and manually search, and get results with the same keywords setup in my feed, and find all kinds of things that never show up there.

I’ve also seen different feed results at the same time from a Windows PC Chrone browser, and a iPhone Safari browser...

I have no idea how a simple keyword search on that large of a website could be so borked up.

Here's a sneak peek at fractured cherry with a clear-coat gloss, and also what happens when the laser is slightly misaligned. The laser only removes the coating (not etched into the metal itself), so Nathan gets to sand the enclosure back to bare and start over (or just start over with a new enclosure).

A Sushi Box of some sort in Fractured Cherry would be a nice match for my MBD-2 in Hammertone Blue.

Cool, thanks for the explanation! I think I’ll ultimately go for the X then - I preferred the SVT over the B15 I recorded with, though admittedly I have no idea what model B15 I used.

Yes, if someone has and idea on this too I would like to know. I know the two variables "selling from" and "selling too" can mess things up, its possible to set up a sale and not change that, then any query with your keyword doesn't show
