If you’ve read any of my other posts, you’d know the answers to those questions. You’d also know I’ve never had anything but good things to say about either Broughton pedals or Sushi Box (heck, Josh actually “liked” the post that you’re getting all defensive about). Regardless, I don’t feel I need to further explain myself.
Wow that is pretty similar. Your dark spots are more prevalent so it darkens the overall look at bit more, and it looks a bit more textured. Wonder what that paint/coating process is like.Better pic View attachment 4062167

MonarchEnclosures on Etsy has some pretty cool dipped enclosures; they're usually my go-to for one-off stuff:It’s hard to capture how dark it looks away from the light. It’s a sexy finish for sure.
Wow...I didn't even know that was a thing, and that is fricking gorgeous.
what did you use for a sealer?
what did you use for a sealer?
Flex seal.
just kidding, Rust-Oleum 1906830 Lacquer Spray
Flex seal.
Here's a sneak peek at fractured cherry with a clear-coat gloss, and also what happens when the laser is slightly misaligned. The laser only removes the coating (not etched into the metal itself), so Nathan gets to sand the enclosure back to bare and start over (or just start over with a new enclosure).

Yup, that's the one.
I've thought about keeping my blem enclosures and putting things in them to sell for a discount, but haven't convinced myself to do it yetOr just sell the whole thing to me as a blem![]()
I couldn't even find it. I saw kranahan's post right when he made it and started searching for it.And sold, that was quick
