The Sushi Box FX Secret Society

Nice. His DI… transformer… SMPS flow is a little off, though.
Yeah he was headed in the right direction, he was trying to explain the difference in response between a SMPS-based high voltage supply compared to a more traditional transformer-based high voltage supply.

Everything else was solid though, I really enjoyed it. I met Rodney at NAMM a couple years ago, super cool guy and absolutely killer player.

Hey folks,
Hope you enjoy the Venus X video.
Marketing wise, my video will not be completed until a couple more demo videos are up.

Please give it a listen with headphones.

Cheers

So…. how is the Single Slice different from say the Cali76?
I would like to know how it’s different than the deep dish.
I'm thinking (hoping?) it's more a parallel to the Diamond.

Cali76 is a FET compressor, whereas Single Slice (like Deep Dish) is an optical compressor. Diamond is also an optical compressor, but I don't know enough about what makes it tick to day definitively that it does or doesn't have anything in common.

I’ve got the option so I guess I’ll try it. The CIOKS DC7 is pretty awesome.
The power circuitry treats 9v and 12v as the same, it's all regulated to other voltages.
