The downside of a thread that's approaching 1000 pages. Not sure even a sticky would fix that.

A sticky is something that the forum mods have to ok. This is the Effects forum, not the SushiBox forum. As well, stickies are applied to threads, not posts. So to have a sticky, someone would have to create a new thread (you could be that someone). I also doubt the mods would approve a sticky of a commercial user's thread.

I actually have better success by using a search engine with the information I'm looking for along with the phrase "talkbass".
Does this work? I can post this every year with the current pedals and make sure to use the word THANKSGIVING in the post so if you search the thread for THANKSGIVING you can find it. I'm always happy to answer stuff and this is all stuff I know without having to look up, so this just took a couple minutes.
EDIT: just realized a bit got cut off of More, that should have said "circuit changes", a word got chopped.

Yup, I've sold a grand total of two of them in 2023. I've had 3 units in stock since January and had even discounted them and they weren't moving, so I've pulled them to scrap them. Between Elementary and Detective I think the Hiwatt sounds are well-covered, and with the reviews I'm seeing for Elementary it seemed like the right time to get rid of Dr. Wattson.
Isn't the Finally essentially based on the Alembic F-2B?
And since Effectrode's LA-1A is mostly just a streamlining of Jim Lawrence's Teletronix LA-2A, wouldn't it be more accurate to say the More is the input section of that (or the original LA-1 since we're ignoring the compression side-chain anyways)?
Finally isn't really based on the Alembic though, it's just two generic gainstages with large cathode bypass caps and large coupling caps to accommodate a nice wide frequency response. With everything else removed from the circuit it becomes difficult to call it one thing over another. It has as much in common with the Alembic as it does with an SVT at that point. It's everything and nothing, all at once.
Having looked at both the LA-1A and the LA-2A schematic, I can tell you the LA-1A actually has very little to do with how the LA-2A works. It's more of an "inspired by" than "based on".
It's more like really good butter. Amazing on its own... and makes everything else a little more awesome when you slather it on top.
I think someone once said that if you bypass the EQ on the Underground Accelerator, it’s basically the same as being a Space Heater. At least I think I read that awhile back, not sure how correct it is.
