I think it looks kind of like this one, except this one has 20 frets and I'm pretty sure the TB bass has 21. Also, this model wasn't around when TB started:

IIRC, the pictures of the basses are relitavely recent.
A few years ago, Paul revamped TB. There was a big vote going on about what to put up there.

Duff's signature bass

The Duff bass is basically a rebadged version of one of the Power Jazz Specials, which were ubiqitous back the late 80s. McKagan played a couple of them before and during G&R's rise in the public eye. Since the TB graphic predates the Duff bass, it's a good guess that the TB bass is one of the original Power Jazzes.

This pic shows an active one, but there were also passive models with the same control layout as the Duff model has.
