Soooooo we went to PetSmart to check out the chinchillas and we ended up with another cat .
Regarding cats stealing stuff. Our neighbours Siamese cat would come into our house and go upstairs to the basket containing our cats toys and select one and take it out of the house. He was the nastiest cat I have ever seen too and wasn't afraid of much.
