well, i just got my new bass today. it was delivered right before my lunch break, so i was able to take her home and test her out for a few minutes. yes, i was late getting back to work, but man, was it worth it!
first off, i designed this bass myself. i came up with the shape of the body and the headstock and everything else. and i have to tell you all that Brent Monson did an incredible job reproducing my evil vision. this is the prototype, and he has outdone himself with this one. the attention to detail is dead on. the craftsmanship is beyond professional. i just couldn't be happier. i'm going to have to wait to post a full review since i really haven't had a chance to spend very much time with her. but i can tell from my limited test drive earlier, that everything is waaay more that i could have hoped for. check her out!

Me too! That's possibly the most metal bass I've ever seen, not the biggest fan of metal unless it's either very fast, very gritty or very cheesy but I hope you have something heavy as **** lined up to use it for.

i'll post more tomorrow. right now it's quitting time, and i'm anxious to get home and put her thru her paces. as far as specs go: it's a maple neck-thru with an ebony board. and the body wings are maple as well. 34 scale with a seymour duncan quarter-pounder hotwired straight to the jack. all passive with no controls. satin finish and hipshot hardware. i was actually quiet surprised to find out how light this thing was! it's actually a pretty big bass, but it's still seems very light.
oh well, off to play my new beast!

Phhht, if they're truly metal, he won't have to worry about legal issues. It's just "part of the show, man."

That said, awesome bass. I love pointy basses and this certainly shows off all that is good about pointy. A job well done
