Nino is a straight up dude! Glad to be buying a bass from a small shop rather than a Fender or EBMM or a Wick. Dont get me wrong I almost bought another Fender, but knowing that this bass was cared for by the guy who's name is on the bass really speaks volumes to me and appearently everyone else who has bought a Valenti. Thanks Nino!!

Edit: Might I also add the Fender, Warwick, and EB are all reputable and great instruments...

Silvertripper:
Maybe we can do a reunion one of these days... I am also in Texas and my Mom lives in Houston so maybe we can meet there. I got 3 Valentis and I see you like Pedullas and Warwicks (got one of each of those also) ;) I take y babies and you take yours :) I also see you are in the P&W club like me :)

I love my Valentis since Nino is a super cool guy to deal with and the product speaks volumes about the quality work he does. (migging my 4th Valenti I traded recently).

Let us know what you think of it when you get it :)

You will get #97 and I have #96 :)

Nino does indeed do awesome work, and Valenti#2 is next on my hit list; we've already talked about what it'll be.
Now, I just need enough work this year to support moving it forward;)

Ivan and Silvertripper,
Those two basses look absolutely amazing. Cant wait to read what you two have to say about your new Valenti's. From what I gather from these threads, you will not be disappointed. I can't wait to get my hands on one....3 to 4 months from now.

Okay I cant stand it!! This is more than I can handle!! The waiting, the checking the FedEx site for delivery info, the antipation for my Valenti! Its too MUCH!! :bawl:

I'm about to go home for the day so I can just look out the window and wait for my Valenti! And wait... and wait.... and run to the door everytime I hear a car... Im driving myself crazy sitting at my desk and doing everything but work!

Dag i thought i would see pics already, NINO i will see you tomorrow between 1:30-2:00 PM, should i bring my RH450? or do you have an AMP i can plug into, cant wait, i would have went today but this weather SUCKS.

Maybe this will help, while you wait.
I have a bunch of high end stuff, and Nino's work hangs with all of it:

What is bad is I was out mowing my lawn because Im so worked up over my Valenti... At 1pm today a FedEx truck drove down my street and never stopped at any house. I was like "HEY-HEY!! OVER HERE!!" I almost had a panic attack! Where did he go????

Thank you for showing your basses, it REALLY makes me feel that much better!

And the choir sings... "Ohhh where ohhh where could the FedEx truck beeee, Oh where oh where could it beeeeee"

Im on the lookout now... Chair by the front window, plate of Oreo cookies to keep me satisfied, tall glass of Milk, waiting... patiently waiting.... :hiding:
