If so, I'd assume it'd have a fretboard overhang to accomodate the extra frets, and if I remember right you were wanting something with the body modified to give more access to the 24 frets.
I might be wrong on either or both of those, though.

He can't make one with a Fender headstock to sell anymore. Fender will let you slide if you're a hobbyist making a bass or six for your own use. But once you start making them to sell, they can be VERY unhappy with you using their headstock.
Now I don't personally know anybody who got jumped by goons and had their thumbs and knees broken after selling a homemade bass with a Fender headstock, but then again I don't want to, either. Know what I'm saying here?

If you want it so bad... You can't have the Fender headstock. Fenders are overrated anyways.
Ok, I'm going to come off as completely new here, but I always hear you guys post clips that are in this kind of musical style (this came from the second post) but I never found out what kind of music this is, can someone inform me?

I would say that they're both pretty much 70's-style finger funk, with the second clip being in the Jaco Pastorius meets Rocco Prestia style. I was just improvising on these clips..they're not bass parts from actual tunes (that I know of).
