That "everyone" is infected? I don't know, that seems like it would be a pretty big revelation to the charcters, & their discovery of it could have been a scene a writer could really sink his teeth into. What's the f'n point of foreshadowing if you're just going to pop the release on facebook?

Wait! For those of us that don't have FB, what was said?!? I figured Shane got infected when he cut his hand, smeared it on the bus, the zombies licked with their dirty mouths and then he mashed is open wound where they were licking. Right?

That's just the thing I like about this whole series. It makes you think. You're absolutely right, Shane coulda been infected then. But what then what about Randall? Daryl said "he's not bit, his neck is broken.." when they found him zombified in the woods. Then the hint again about those two deputies that weren't bit. Then we're all still wondering what the guy at the CDC whispered into Rick's ear.
So far I'm loving this series :) but yeah they gotta get off of that farm already... that aspect is getting boring.

I have major problems with the entire zombie physiology. It's something I try and suspend my disbelief around, but the more they try and justify it, the more difficulty I have accepting it:

i.e. "it's a virus"

That virus heals nerve damage in Randall's broken neck? How's it do that, especially considering that there's severe amounts of decay in most of them would suggest that their body is doing minimal amounts of basic functions -- like cellular respiration--something that's essential for both continued function of the body and duplication of the virus.

that's why they have an insatiable need to eat the living - it supplies them with the needed ingredients to keep from completely rotting away and ceasing to function.


Or something.

I just wonder if they poop

I think we touched on this before. Rick recently also talked about winter bing tough on the walkers, too. On a side note, aren't they south enough that the winters are mild? A lot milder than Nebraska, where I hear it's nice.

Not a bad idea to simply sit and wait. Food and water are the limited resources. Say that all Walkers fall apart in 1.5-2 years. Do you have that much food and water in your bunker? Do you have a bunker? :p

Also, in the first scenes of the show you see empty tanks and such.

How did a bunch of slow mindless zombies beat a tank?

How can a bunch of relatively untrained people survive, when the highly trained military shooters where all over run.


anyways... ya I know suspend reality and all.
