The other night was Mad Elf and then a bottle of Lakefront Brewery's Cherry Wheat. I was very happy with the choice, I think it might be my perfect fruity beer (next to Lambic, specifically Lindlemans). It was sweet but not overly so, it had a great cherry flavor and didn't make me feel like I was drinking a wine cooler. It had just the right amount of tartness to offset the sweetness. On a side note the day before Halloween I toured the brewery. If anyone happens to be in Milwaukee it is definitely worth a stop, as I recall you get 4 free beers and a free pint glass at the end. Also, most importantly, you get to drink on the tour.

I think I am going to be picking up some of Mr. Samuel Smith's Winter Welcome Ale soon. I think I'll wait to have it until the first snow of the season.

Next one I will drink though will be something trappist, I've definitely got a craving.

Oh god, those are 2 of my favorite beers, especially Beck's. Good stuff buddy.

I'm having some of this with my Thanksgiving feast later.
