There's two batches ready for kegging. A big Belgian in the conical and a cream ale in a bucket. Trouble is, a friend borrowed my gas and he lives three hours drive away, so I'm holding off until I see him next.
Ah. I've got an adequate supply of homebrew at the moment. My saison finished a little late, so I'm banking that one until next spring, but I have a spiced porter, an old ale, and a couple other things.
My homebrew club will be doing a 100 gallon dopplebock that we divide among club members, usually 5-6 gallons a person. At the club meetings, members bring the end product and it's fun to taste the variation of different yeasts and how even the same yeast can have a slightly different taste under different conditions.
Had an old ale last night from my homebrew stash. The night was a tad chilly, very nice for a stronger beer. I don't remember everything off hand, one of the main ingredients was torrified wheat, which seems to have added a lot of the flavor and aroma. It won me a ribbon at a local homebrew comp.
Trying to decide what to get tonight. Last week tried a Southern Tier Old Man Winter- very nice. Complex, strong.
Maybe some Arrogant Russian Imperial Stout - really the only Stone beer I like.

Yes! This is truly a great beer or barley wine that I will be enjoying much more of this winter.
Had some good cold Shiner Bock last night. Almost everyone here in East Tx. has a twelve pack of Shiner at all times
I'm drinking 2 double deuces of Double Bastard Ale (best beer on the planet Earth right now) and am feeling pretty freaking ****** up! Thank God for spell check or you wouldn't be able to read what I just typed.
Been on a homebrew kick lately. Going to "test out" another saison and a pumpkin spiced porter as soon as I get home.
