The what beer are you drinking (and or rating) thread.

Kasteel is kinda common around here. You should try to get all of those. Kwak is just really good and special 'cause of the class (it's also where it get its name from), Karmeliet is a véry good tripel beer. Judas gets you wasted after only 2 or 3. It's extremely heavy, IME, although it doesn't have a heavy taste.

I prefer Corona.... but I also like some of the Sam Adams stuff.... Bass.. Harp... Guiness.. I wish I could get hold of some Sleeman's... an excellent Canadian beer.. I prefer lagers to ales... for some reason ales give me gas... Not sure why.. but I have to drink less of them.. I don't care much for the standard domestics... I also like Sapporo, Grolsh makes a great blonde lager.. but I have not seen it in some time... it is better IMO than the regular Grolsh you find..

So I'm two deep on this stuff and I gotta say it's pretty nice. I has a kind of has a hint of a citrus flavor to it, but not annoying like a Huffinlumpezuzen, but it's bitter enough to satisfy the Pale Ale fiend within me.

Especially the Bernardus is réally good stuff. Gets you kinda drunk though :D

Sam Adams Latitude 48 IPA last night, and Three Floyds' Arctic Panzer Wolf IPA the night before.

Dogfish Head 90 Minute Imperial IPA tonight.

All this after a week of stout after stout: Grand Teton's Black Caludron, Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout, Bell's Java Stout.

During the blizzard last week I was drinking Bell's Third Coast Old Ale, which is the perfect beer for a winter storm.
