The wierdest dream you've ever had.

When I was a kid, I dreamt that I was at a friends house for a party. A storm started to roll in, and you could see some seriously ominous looking clouds and a ton of lightning. Very frightening. Then, out of a rolling cloud, I saw a green flying swing set. I knew that this was the control center of this storm...the "mothership" or sort. All of a sudden, I saw inside the cockpit. It looked like a spaceship, and I just saw the pilots feet. As it panned up, I saw more of the pilot, and it turned out to be a large, fat baby, diaper and all! I freaked out and woke up.

I wish this were just some random story, but it's honestly a dream I had when I was maybe 7-8 years old, and I still remember it to this day. Freud, what does it mean?!

Alf, some other 90's children's shows hosts and I around a little girl's tea set in a psychedelic landscape, and a long philosophical conversation. Something about the associated downfall of megalithic societies to create temporary stability, and the growth of new society.

I did pretty well on my test the next day, studying in sleep always works, that damn alien must have a PHD in government studies...

Not quite the weirdest (I can hardly remember those) but certainly the most vivid came about last December.

It started in my school caferteria. I was looking for a seat, but hey were all taken. I ask my friend, and he says "Why don't you go sit with Steinmetz?". Steinmetz is a friend of mine who moved at the end of the previous term. Anyway, Steinmetz slides out of the shadows on a chair. So, naturally I go to my Grandparents' house, because there's a party going on there. But when I get there I discover there's a live broadcast of an Iron Maiden show on TV, so I sit down and watch that. As they're playing Drifter a girl from my class (who I had a serious, serious thing for at the time) walks in and starts grinding me, hugging me, whispering in my ear etc. But I pay no attention (despite non-dream me screaming at dream me to get in there) and carr yon watching Drifter, 'cus I love that song.

I took the dream as a sign I should act on her various displays of affection before it was too late. So, I confessed my feelings for her but it turned out she was leading me on all along...

These days I don't dream, or can't remember anything I dreamt because of medication. I did have this really weird dream when I was a kid that I was in Quake and going around shooting polygonal stuff and then suddenly this skinless, bloody, one-eyed human with toothless mouth agape appeared two inches from my face and said, "Achoo!" Then I woke up and had trouble sleeping the following two nights.

And then there was another childhood dream where I was hanging out with these scantily-clad mermaids on a rock in the middle of the ocean when suddenly I was teleported into my attic (which I had never been into in real life) and I started slipping on all these snakes like banana peels. For some reason, that scared the crap out of me almost as much as the other one... except for the mermaid part. That was sweet.

I had a weird dream last night. This girl I went to high school with, who's also a facebook buddy, came up to visit. Here recently she and her hubby broke it off. In my dream, I asked her why she broke it off and she told me that her husband was cutting her son's hair and then started stabbing her son.

Like I said earlier, pain meds can make your dreams do weird things. They may not always be awesome but they're always weird.

This one's fresh. Last night I dreamt that I was in Nazi Germany, although it was modern times, and my good friend from HS was there. It all started at a dinner party, but none of the houses had ceilings or rooftops. Nothing too formal, but I think it was a family gathering. We were going to escort someone home, or something else of extreme importance, so I was handed a 9mm pistol, but when I tested it, it would just eject the unfired rounds out the bottom of the handle, one by one. I was under the impression that we were trying to escape (I knew we were somehow on an undercover mission), when all of a sudden we came out of an alley into the middle of a beach resort. We ditched our undercover gear (mine consisted of a welder's mask, a massive duck canvas coat), and started swimming with folks.

I don't know what happened to my pistol, how we got out of the Nazi wave pool, or if our mission was successful.

Bizarre.

This was fairly recent:

I am hungry, and notice a new Subway down the block. When I go in, it is staffed only by Bill Nighy, who is visibly drunk on Scotch and unwilling to hold up his end of the sandwich agreement. The guy in line behind me is furious and throws his shoes through the wall.

Awesome dream.

I was at an apartment party with Carlos Santana George Carlin, an African midget (In full Masai Garb), assorted beautiful women, and a hot tub, all on a balcony that wrapped around the apartment, that varied in width depending on what angle you looked at it at, and if you needed to get by or not.

In second place was the first time I was able to turn a dream lucid. That was awesome.

The strangest? Well that would be a tough one but it would probably be one I had a few years ago I was living in a studio apartment. At the time with my bed was facing the door so that if I where to sit up I would be facing the door. I dreamt that I was woke up by my landlord walking in. He was wearing a leather jacket red shirt and khaki pants. Right after he walked in and startled me I woke up. Then I drifted back to sleep and the same exact event happend for real. My landlord had apparently mistaken my apartment for the vacant one next door.
