Thin sound - weak link?

Congrats on figuring out the problem. I love my Traynor YBA-300. I like to build my Own Speakons with Genuine parts. It's cheaper and I can be my own quality control.

Are these just the best kept secret in bass amps or something? It's half the weight I expected it to be, and rattled the walls while I was playing high notes (!!!)

They are definitely fantastic Amps. I think some people are looking for the "Break-Up'' to come in at lower volumes. IOW The YBA-300 is too clean for some people. But there are many who love it and won't ever replace them. Like me!
