to be fair its been about 10dg-13 most mornings in Perth. getting close to hosing down the windscreen to defog it.
seen a cracker before, guy rolled up with a boiled kettle pouring it over his navara, boom! shattered and cracked it up like crazy.

Its cold here at the moment (near Byron). We're only expecting tops around 21 (that's C, so about 70F).
My beer is never warm and the sand is usually far-king hot.
Its well worth a visit though.
I can handle the cold season hitting 70F. It''s 104F here right now, but we'll be -10 in January.
-10F? That is like -25C....I'm pretty sure Australia would cease to function if it ever got that cold. Even in "the snow" the temps only sit a few degrees around freezing.

I've seen that movie, but luckily it was after I spent a few months in Oz.
I remember hanging out with some pretty open people back then & getting invited out into the wilderness to smoke & onto boats & stuff.
If I'd seen that movie prior, I probably never would have taken those invites.

I do believe the tourist board sold Americans short by having Hoges use the word shrimp!
