Things You Don't See Anymore Part 3

Not sure if this was posted, but remember that trend in the early 80's of temporary tattoos: lick, stick, and press, hold, and remove?
Yep, and I also remember that a few very bad people laced some of those temp tats with LSD.

The world is full of good people, but unfortunately, we always have to watch out for the bad ones.
 
This discontinued in 1975 because it was toxic, but it came out in 1888 so it most have did a lot of damage to a lot of people for 87 freaking years

That's where my first case of gas was born. I drooled over that very page countless evenings before going to bed. Back then I could recite the descriptions by memory alone. My parents weren't big spenders, and it was rare (if not impossible) that I ever got a "toy" that was over $25. All things on that page were so close, yet so far, and I wanted them so badly I could smell the wood and electronics. I think that has a lot to do with why I buy so many basses today. Simply because I can.
