I had them back in the day got them from Flag brothers in NYC but mine were just at the calf not up to the knee
We used to get ours from Clodhoppers in coventry town centre in the mid 70's and early 80's. all black with wood color platform turn my ankles many times till I got good at moving around in them I used to be able to jump from the top of my SVT in them which was part of our crazy show back in the mid 70'sas the flash pods went off we would jump from the top of the amps fun times
