I don’t remember seeing an ad like this when I was a kid. As l read through the ad, I couldn’t find out the actual cost of this “Training Cockpit and Pre-Flight Course.” It says, “Simply pay postman $1.69 (for one item or $3.25 for 2 items) plus postage and C.O.D. charge on arrival.” Okay, what’s the Cash On Delivery charge? It’s not mentioned or at least I couldn’t find it in the ad (your eyes might be better than mine).
Oh, and how much would the postage be?
The kicker of course, “Send no money just coupon.”
I wonder how many of these things came back to the Invention Co. due to insufficient remittance.

I remember lots of these "Send No Money Now" ads from when I was a kid. I guess that was the way to sucker in kids and the stuff would be sent C.O.D. at an inflated price.
