My family used to get this in frozen concentrate. Is that still a thing in US?
Totally forgot what it taste like, but I remember it not being my favorite.

My dad is 67. Back in the day, he had 2 ‘57 Chevy’s, a ‘68 Chevelle, a ‘71 Mach 1, and a ‘69 Camaro SS… and sold it all and bought a late 60’s Dodge Dart just before he and my mom got married because “they needed a family car”. Now he drives a ‘21 Toyota RAV4.

My mom is 68 and back in the day she had a ‘68 Corvette, a ‘74 Firebird, and a ‘68 Camaro Z28… and sold it all and bought an early 80’s Dodge Colt before she married my dad because “they needed an economical car”. She now RARELY drives a 2002 Toyota Solara Convertible.

Wow...those cars would be worth a fortune today! I'm around the same age as your parents and I had several classic muscle cars and destroyed a few (stupidity) and sold the others at blue book value back then. Nothing special back then. I hung out with some friends and all we did was work on our cars and cruise Lujan's, Big Boys and all the car hangouts. My buddies Aunt had a gas station with a lift so we got to use it when it was closed.

The crazy thing is I have no photos of my old classics...we just thought they were cool cars. Like your parents I sold them when I got married and had kids. I also had a few friends/acquaintances that had too much HP with too little brains and ended up wrecking their muscle cars and sadly perishing in their wreck.
The only good thing is when I "settled down" I started playing bass in some rock bands (Safer?) and have enjoyed a lifetime of music. I still enjoy spinning wrenches on a few cars I have but getting greasy isn't as much fun today!

Yeah just like old basses and any collectible cars the cost is outrageous to buy any real classic stuff.
Like your parents I watch the old car auctions and think Dang I sold one almost like that at cost!

Yeah, same here. I remember it being too sweet, but that might have just been me. Either way, it was still better than Sunny Delight.

Heh...they make easy mixed drinks that are tasty!

Ingredients in a pitcher
1 (12 ounce) can Limeade concentrate, frozen
1 (12 ounce) can Lemonade, frozen
Extra tangy - Real Lemon (squeeze of juice)
Add Rum, Tequila, Vodka to taste (Not all of them at once...well maybe!)
Mix in 7up or Squirt but keep drink slushy
Stir and enjoy!

I hated the Romulan one. It looked cheesy, but the entire episode is one of my favorites. Mark Lenard was great as the Romulan commander. Glad the producers went the Klingons on that one. As far as the Doomsday machine. It was ok. The first time I watched it though , all of sudden I got hungry for these guys.
