Was just going to post that I built every single one of the models in Richland's post except for Wonder Woman. Built some of them 2X. Superman was the first plastic model I ever had, and I still have a vivid memory of not quite understanding what it was. I was a Superman freak. I opened the box, saw the picture on the cover, and looked inside seeing the parts, and kept looking back and forth not quite sure what to make of it. My mom stood there smiling, and then explained and told me she'd help me with it. I must have been around 3-4 years old. She built that one and I guess I helped a little. Then we got the superboy one. She pretty much built that one too. I distinctly remember painting the cave silver, cuz we had no grey.
As I'm sure I wrote last time models came up in this thread thread, from about age 5-15 I built literally hundreds of models. Figures, science models, car models, boats and planes (which weren't my favorite), motorcycles (which WERE my favorite), and then I got obsessed with balsa wood planes. Mostly Guillows kits.
