Things you'd like to see from SX

What about their J necks? I have never done any SX neck swapping, but, is it possible to have a J neck of theirs on a P body?

Most of the SX's that have passed through my hands have been Js. I love their J necks.

I just tried neck swapping on my new SX SJB-75 LTD 3TS
for a rose wood with block inlays, heavy filing is necessary!!!

If I could get people who would actually pay for what they order I'd already be doing it. As it is now the SXs that people have ordered from me have not been paid for. Makes it very difficult to run a business when that happens.

Pre-paid special orders might be in the future? Not in the same biz here, but we do it as a rule. I might add they still don't pickup some things even after they've paid in full.

I would like to see a premium P Bass, with a maple body and rosewood fretboard, available in sunburst and black. Plain, simple, but premium for the SX build. Better tuners and bridge, right out of the box.

SAme in ALder, - to include the bridge and tuner upgrades. Not really a lot of flash, just really good - right out of the box.

Multiple neck profie availability - that would be a big plus.

I don't really know what type of guitar that is. It's one of Adrian Belew's guitars. I seriously doubt that anyone is making copies of SXs now though. I think there I saw somewhere where they said the design was original, but that's clearly more than coincidence.

*At least the shape is kind of different, but only in the way that their V is different from the others, the pickguard and controls are too similar.

Jazz basses with 21 frets (coming not only with starter pack)
Jazz bass rw neck and mother of pearl blocks and binding (obviously 21 frets)

Hmmm. Mine (SX-P) doesn't seem to dive. And I love the chunky neck, gaudy thick finish and all. Personally.

My Turser JTB-401 ('54 P-copy) however, has the worst neck dive I've ever encountered.
