Thinking of making a wal bass bridge..

I'm a machinist and im considering making a wal bass bridge clone - really just for the heck of it - not for resale. It would be a 4 string version of this bridge..

Does anyone have a four string version and would you be as kind as to post some close up pictures and or measurements?

You really can't tell anything about the way the bridge is constructed from that picture. For instance, the saddles are actually each made of two pieces: a sliding baseplate (thicker for the middle strings to match the fretboard curvature) and a slotted string guide on top. The overall height of the saddle set by two threaded inserts that determine the spacing in between the two pieces. The top part of the insert is spherical so that it can swivel inside a rounded slot in the string guide section to accommodate that section being tilted if the two spacers are set to different heights. The screw for setting the intonation goes through the baseplate of each saddle.

I'm attaching a photo, but I don't know how much detail you'll be able to see.

And underneath the saddles is a stainless plate that the bridge frame actually sits on.
