Thinning Hair. NOT Hiding It

I switched to my preferred "haircut" implement ~20 years ago:

My hair might be thinning by now, but I couldn't say for sure. :D

My paternal grandfather had a full head of hair until his death, & my dad still has all his hair.
I will be in a pickle if I need to start shaving it off, because I have scars from a really bad motorbike accident.

Right now it's shoulder-length, but I'm a little paranoid that my hairline is receding, maybe I will measure from my nose to my hairline tonight & write it down someplace, LOL!

68 and I still have all my hair! It's getting noticeably gray, but no thinning that I can detect. I inherited good hair and good teeth. :)

Other than my goatee, I've got no gray..... probably because I'm a redhead. Us gingers go from red hair to white hair.

I'm just happy to have hair at my age. Most of the guys I went to school with are bald now.

My hair started going gray in my twenties. I thought “at least I’m not going bald like some of my friends.” It went silver. Then it started falling out....

My dad had a full head of hair. Guess I didn’t get that gene from him....

Mine started thinning out in the middle a couple of years ago, just where there's no way of styling around it. I had a co-worker once who maintained a ponytail despite a steadily-growing bald spot, so I already knew how sad that looks.
Being a vain git, I implemented a long-standing contingency plan: shave the lot.

It took a long time to adjust from having a plait down past my shoulderblades, but I got used to it eventually.

I recommend the Headblade - there's a reason they got design awards for that thing.
