This got ridiculous a long time ago ... now I'm peeved off

Yeah, I heard that too. And I heard that they're nothing alike. And I heard that he doesn't even build that pedals and that the guy at GGG does it for him. I don't have the money to build the GGG tuned Muff to compare.

Better be worth it. I'm really hoping he comes across this thread somehow and speeds his **** up.
Optimus, you should get saturnbythree to hook you up. He's supposed to have gotten one within a few weeks of finding out what they are.
I'm also waiting for mine. Asked about pedal in April, Got reply in e/o May, paypaled in e/o May. No reply since June.
Maybe there are relieving conditions because Sonny mentioned in our correspondence his relocation, upcoming marriage and new job.
But no reply after payment really sucks. Makes me lean more toward traditional eBay transaction in the future or online stores instead of individuals.

I know I'm not getting ripped off, I know it will eventually arrive. But I'm just anxious and pissed over the wait.
Yeah I had to wait a long time for a boutique pedal, similar circumstances, maybe worse, definitely longer wait. The summary is I eventually got a couple nice pedals but will never do biz with that company again. I don't like people who take my money and then don't follow through on promises in good time (reasonable exceptions excluded of course - like death, hurricane, etc).

All things being equal - here's the same pedal after i modded to tonebender specs plus my revised tone stack.

After spending some time inside the bluebeard - I noticed the board was different it included an extra filter cap for the LED - but I'm now convinced that that extra capacitance helps with the bluebeard's ability to take active basses AND keyboards well.
You might not be able to get a direct copy of the Bluebeard using GGG current muff boards. Unless someone wants to take a picutre of a super recently made BB fuzz.

Those are the first clips I've heard, aside from Mastodon stuff. And I gotta say, those do nothing but turn me off of the pedal. Seems like the exact opposite of the fuzz I like. I will be pissed if this ****ing pedal gets here, and I hate it, and all of this was a waste.
The bluebeard is just like a russian muff.
The reason Arbitrary had me mod his was due to the fact he thinks the bluebeard sounds a bit boxy and choked.
And finally, I'm a big Blood Mountain fan and I can identify everytime they use the pedal. but their clips are eq'd and compressed in mix down for sure.
BassJunkie730, whatever settings you use at 1:16 on your TB spec bluebeard sound great. I'm also diggin 2:00 too. Definate improvement IMO to its sound.
Who gets tracked down in Clerks? It's been a while since I saw it. The whole movie is in a convenience store (or on the roof of it).

I emailed him directly. I called them about 2 months after hearing nothing from him. They said the best way to contact him was email. And that they had no other way to get a hold of him. Which I find hard to believe.
Now I need to make the decision of whether I should declare war and make sure no one ever buys a pedal from him again. I think I could make it happen.
I also think that once/if this pedal gets here I'm going to be to mad to look at it and use it. Good thing they go fast around here.

And to think, I was PO'ed with Butch at Bayou when he was three weeks behind the promised date. I'd be seriously pissed if someone had had my money for over two months and wasn't even answering emails. I want a BlueBeard but I sure won't be buying one new. I don't have that kind of patience.
