I have.
I can think of a number of them in the Muskegon area that are specifically "sledding hills", including one which specifically has stairs on the side of the hill for climbing.
Beachwood Park, Lake Harbor Park, Indian Springs Park, and the Muskegon Winter Sports complex all have designated "sledding hills".
