Hi Bob,At the very bottom right of every page there is a link with the heading in all caps "SUPPORT TALKBASS!"
I agree. Contributing to be site was much harder than I thought. I contributed the first time because I wanted to, but found the link accidentally. I almost gave up this last time.I have not been active. That being said, if you wish to compete with FB or other media sites, this is not in the same ballpark. My opinion. I wanted to contribute. The biggest, easiest to see button (link) should say "Support" or "Become a Supporting Member". And the classifieds page should have instructions on How To Post right at the top of the page. These are suggestions. That's all.
Hi Bob,
I was frustrated when I originally posted, and very strong with my wording. Please close and/or delete this thread. Your choice, unless you particularly want to leave it open. Thanks to all for your kind help and support. Lloyd
Thank you very much! Best, LloydI completely agree with you @lloydjgoldstein and will put this on the to-do list. A new member who wants to sell is going to look somewhere on the Classifieds page (not necessarily in the page footer) for a path to posting. There's no reason why we can't put something there.
They should have a link button. I just dropped 20 minutes trying to figure out how to post on classified. I guess it's explained here now... but having to search and read thru several forums is a hassle. Sure, once you know how it seems simple, but it is NOT obvious. I have pretty much any all issues of Bass Player Magazine I'd like to sell or trade inducing the special editions newsstand only. I also have some limited Bass Frontiers, etc so I will try what you suggested
